Curtain Call Color Challenge

Happy New Year everyone!!!  I can't believe the holidays have come and gone.  Well, one of my New Year's resolutions is to post more regularly on my blog!  It seems like alot of my posts lately have been food related.  Well, today's post has nothing to do with food...I was tempted though...I tried another new recipe last night...yummy!!!  Check back on Tuesday for that recipe!  Okay...on to todays color challenge.  I stumbled across Stacey's Blog last night and decided to try these colors together.  Boy, did it stretch me!!!  Here is the color challenge.

I don't think I have ever made a card with these colors.  So, here is the card.  I used a new stamp set that is going to be available this week in the new Spring Mini cattie from Stampin' Up! called With All My Heart.

I didn't have any of the crushed curry ribbon...so I dyed my own with white grosgrain ribbon and a crushed curry re-inker!!!  I also used a new textured impressions folder called Perfect Polka dots...also coming this week.  Here is a close up.

 
I didn't have time to post the card on her website...I'll start earlier next week!Well...off to scrapbook a little...thanks for stopping by!

Supplies Used:

Card-stock:  Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, Real Red, and Pink Passion.

Ink: Crushed Curry Pad and Re-inker.

Stamp Set: With All My Heart.

Accessories:  Big Shot Machine, Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impression Folder, Dimensionals, 3/4" Circle Punch, Clear Buttons, Jute, White Grosgrain Ribbon, and Crystal Effects.

Wow! I'm glad you mentioned this one in your new submission... This is a beautiful card, too, Vicki! I was thinking of using this set for a stamp club project this week and this is a great card to case. Thanks so much for sharing your work in the Curtain Call!
